What information do I need to share when I inquire about a product?

We need the client’s name, country, contact information, product specifications, and images (if any).

Can I order different commodities in the same container?

(for example)You can order water bottle and T-shirts, and we can ship them in the same container or LCL.

How will I know the volume of my order?
On our quotation sheet, we will also include the volume of your order.
How can I get my order inspected?
Yes, we accept inspections such as Bureau Veritas and SGS or others as per client requirements.
Does Gift & Pack have an in-house product inspection?

Gift & Pack has an in-house inspection for physical appearance and quantity inspection in Hong Kong and China.

Which third-party inspection can I use to verify my order?
Our clients usually use Bureau Veritas, SGS, Qima and Intertek.
Do I need to pay the design fee for my packaging customization?
Gift & Pack offers free in-house designing for clients.
I need a certificate for my product conformity. How must I proceed?

Upon product inquiry, you can advise which part of your order you want to get conformity. We will work with certifying institutions to acquire certificates according to your requirements ( a paid service).

Is my order freshly made?
Customized products are fresh-made.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, the more the quantity, the lower the price.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to worldwide customers.
Can I get product samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, samples ( standard products) are free, and the buyer pays the courier fee.
Can I request a catalogue or product list?
Our products are listed on the webpage, and you may also request a specific catalogue that may fit your product field.
How often do you introduce new products or update your inventory?
We introduce new products on our webpage daily, and our inventory is updated every seven working days, depending on the production line capacity.
Can I cancel or modify an order after it's been placed?
Buyers can cancel or modify orders within 48 hours of their swift bank copy transfer for deposit.
Whether an order is cancelled, will I get the funds back?
Yes, Gift & Pack will refund the sender’s account within seven working days, and the receipt will be communicated. Check with order management for any handling fee if any.

What are the secure terms of payment?

Through bank institutions.

How much deposit is requested to confirm an order?

For customized orders, We usually request a 75% deposit upon confirmation.

What currency can I pay for my order?
USD, Euro, and any other international currencies.

Logistic +

Who will export my order?

By taking the Gift & Pack service, we are responsible for exporting your order to your chosen destination port.

Who will make customs clearing in my country?
You will need to find a customs broker in your country.
How will I know that my order already arrives in my country?
Gift & Pack logistics department will advise you weekly of the displacement of your order.
Will I get tracking for my order?
Yes. You will receive a weekly tracking status of your order via email.
What documents do I need to clear my order from the customs?
Most countries require a commercial invoice, Packing list, Proforma invoice, Sale contract, Bill of lading, payment receipt and product sheet (if any).

What is MOQ?

MOQ is the quantity required for the manufacturing to start production on a selected product.

How many pieces can I order less than the MOQ?
You can make a trial or sample order which is below MOQ but with a higher price.
Does bigger order price differ from low quantity order?
Yes. The more significant the order, the lower price will be.

Delivery time +

What is the delivery time for my order?

It depends on the volume and availability of raw material on an average of 30-40days upon confirmation. (Check Gift & Pack order management for confirmation)

If I need urgent order, will it be possible to reduce the delivery time?

Gift & Pack team tries their best to support the client with an urgent order. (Check Gift & Pack Order management).

Shipment +

Who will make the booking for shipment?

Booking the container is a choice for the client; either book on their own, or Saidhem also makes their booking upon request.

Does Saidhem have a shipping service to arrange the booking for my order?
Yes. We have a team with 20 years of experience in logistics to follow up and arrange a booking for your order.
What information do I need to share for the bill of lading?

Company name, Company address, Business registration number, phone number, email address, and destination port.
